Flat Rate: $100
Assessment Credit Opportunity
Patients who complete a Sleep Health Assessment and then proceed with a Home Sleep Test through Strategic Solutions Plus receive a $100 credit toward their Home Sleep Test.
The $100 credit is available to self-pay patients only and does not apply to insurance-based testing.
Home Sleep Testing
Strategic Solutions Plus offers convenient, physician-interpreted Home Sleep Testing delivered directly to your home.
Self-Pay Rate: $225

We work with several major insurance and health plans to help patients access convenient, in-home sleep testing.
Coverage varies by plan, and benefits are verified prior to testing so there are no surprises.

We make the Home Sleep Testing referral process simple, fast, and reliable. We follow a clean, compliant workflow that keeps your office informed every step of the way.
Step 1 — Submit the Required Documentation

SSP provides Home Sleep Testing services across the Greater Atlanta Metro Region, including:
Barrow • Cherokee • Clarke • Cobb • Dawson • DeKalb • Forsyth • Fulton • Gwinnett • Hall • Henry • Jackson • Rockdale • Walton and additional metro counties
If your practice is located within or near these counties, SSP can fully support your referrals with fast device delivery, next‑day retrieval, and physician‑interpreted reports.
Step 2 — Insurance Verification
We verify benefits (if applicable) and communicate any out‑of‑pocket expectations clearly.
Step 3 — In‑Home Device Delivery
We deliver the HST device directly to the patient, explain how to use it, and ensure they are comfortable with the setup.
Step 4 — Next‑Day Pickup
We retrieve the device the following day to eliminate shipping delays and improve patient compliance.
Step 5 — Board‑Certified Interpretation
All studies are interpreted by a board‑certified sleep physician.
Step 6 — Results Within 48 Hours
Clear, concise reports are sent back to your office within 48 hours, ensuring fast, confident clinical decision‑making.
